Skeletal remains discovered in Stuyvesant

Mallory Moench reports in the Albany Times Union that anthropologists and pathologists are being called in to look at human remains discovered April 7 in Stuyvesant in Columbia County. Excavators came across skeletal human remains while digging April 7. Columbia County Sheriff David Bartlett said the remains were not recent. "He compared it to an incident in Warren County where excavators found bones and buttons that could date back to the Revolutionary War near Lake George," Moench writes.
