Kinderhook village residents asked to conserve water

Amanda Purcell is reporting for Columbia-Greene Media a partial water use ban is in effect for the village of Kinderhook until further notice, officials said July 10. Village officials are asking residents to refrain from using water outside for various purposes, including watering lawns, gardens and flowers, washing cars and filling swimming pools. The alert does not affect residents of the town of Kinderhook located outside of the village.
