Prattsville Tavern returns

Windham-based radio station WRIP is reporting that Kenny and Allie Cox have re-opened the Prattsville Tavern for the first time since the flooding associated with Hurricane Irene in late August. The New York Times and others reported the bar remained a local hangout over the past few months, despite the devastation, lack of electricity, and other problems.
