The National Weather Service has extended a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Greene, Columbia, Albany, Rensselaer, and Delaware counties. Previously, the Hazardous Weather Outlook was for Ulster and Dutchess counties, with a Winter Storm Watch for counties farther south closer to the major winter storm heading up the east coast. There's a 30 percent chance of snow between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 23.
