Jul 30, 2013 6:47 am
James Odato reports at Capitol Confidential “Project Sunlight” has launched, one of the requirements of Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's ethics law of 2011. As a result, a database with information about lobbyists and clients who contact state agencies for public business is now available on the Office of General Services’ Web site. Project Sunlight lists meetings between government officials and outsiders on subjects such as state procurement, rate-making, regulatory matters, agency-based judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings and the adoption or repeal of rules and regulations. The database can be found at Project Sunlight [dot] NY [dot] gov. Read the full story in the Times Union.
