Woman dies on train tracks in Ulster

The Daily Freeman reports that a 32-year-old Ulster County woman was struck and killed by a train Nov. 5 on the CSX tracks that run parallel to U.S. Route 9W near the Tractor Supply Co. store, across from Adams Fairacre Farms. Town of Ulster Police Chief Kyle Berardi said he believes it was a suicide. Five people have been killed by trains on train tracks in Kingston and the town of Ulster since 2012.
