Cuomo, Schneiderman say they will sue if DACA ends

Lauren Sanforth is reporting in the Times Union Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said Mon., Sep. 4, they will sue to protect those who are currently covered by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy if President Donald Trump ends the program. The Trump administration has hinted it is planning to end the Obama-era program in six months. A formal announcement is possible Tuesday.
