The Berkshire Eagle is reporting the Rebecca Foundation, an Oregon-based non-profit organization, announced last week the opening of a new chapter in Columbia County. Meagan Sandstrom will serve as the chapter president, and represent the organization locally. Families struggling to afford diapers can apply online to be provided with reusable cloth diapers, on loan, for up to one year.
