The Daily Freeman reports that U.S. Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney was discharged from the hospital Nov. 30 and will complete his recovery at home. The Democrat was hospitalized in Manhattan due to a persistent bacterial infection, he announced Nov. 26. Maloney spokesperson Ian Eli Lee said Nov. 30 that the congressperson, "is on the mend and will be back to work in Washington next week.
