Raymond Pignone reports in Columbia-Greene Media that Charlotte Sena, the nine-year-old girl who vanished while biking in Moreau Lake State Park on Sept. 30, was located in good health on Oct. 2, and police took her suspected captor into custody. Jene Luciani Sena, of Hudson, is the girl’s aunt, and said just before the girl's return, “Charlotte is a loving and kind little girl.” The girl's disappearance from a Saratoga County park sparked international attention.
