Local bread recognized nationally

Two sourdough breads made by the See and Be Kitchen in Cairo were recognized last week at the World Bread Awards
Sept. 17-21 in Las Vegas. The Cairo kitchen's Dark Beer Sourdough and Arborio breads were given gold recognition in the sourdough category, with 11 other breads from around the country at the awards. The Tiptree World Bread Awards, launched in 2018, are with the International Baking Industry Exposition, and open to professional and amateur bakers.
