"Catskill Tuesdays" conclude with the WGXC Afternoon Show, featuring local news, interviews with community leaders and personalities, a rundown of local and regional events, weather updates, and more, about and for the community. Fredrick Arnold ("City Folk") returns as guest host. In the second hour: A sit-down with Christopher A Nolan, whose Germantown-based artist management and independent record label, Clermont Music, features a roster of notable contemporary artists from Mali and Saharan Africa. Nolan is also a founder of the famed Festival au Desert in Timbuktu, which is just returning after five years of exile due to the unrest in Mali.
