WYBN moves TV transmitter north from Windham

WYBN TV 14 reports that the station has moved its transmitter from Windham to New Scotland, and doubled its signal power. Now the station can be seen from Saratoga to Catskill. The switch happened in mid-June for the seven-year old TV station.
