Rep. Antonio Delgado said Feb. 19 he will open a local office in Hudson and maybe also in Rensselaer County. Delgado made the remarks, without specifying when the offices will open, speaking at his sixth town hall meeting since taking office last month, at the Delaware Academy High School in Delhi.
