The Windham Journal reports its parent, Columbia-Greene Media, publishers of the Register Star in Hudson, The Daily Mail in Catskill, and six weekly newspapers, are closing their Catskill printing operations and outsourcing to The Daily Gazette newspaper in Schenectady beginning Feb. 3. Nine full-time and 10 part-time workers at the Catskill facility will be "impacted," according to the story, with "several" offered jobs in Schenectady.
