Rick Karlin is reporting at Capitol Confidential a new survey by the Tax Foundation, New York imposes the nation’s third highest cell phone taxes, just behind Nebraska and the state of Washington. The Tax Foundation is a non-partisan group that looks at tax policy nationwide.
