Allison Marchese is a graduate of Fordham University in New York City with a degree in communications and creative writing. She has written books, plays, and short stories, as well as movie reviews, short fiction, feature-length articles and essays on local people, places, and events in and around her adopted home of Columbia County, and throughout the Hudson Valley. Allison has just completed her second book for Arcadia Press called Hudson Valley Curiosities.
