Matthew Hamilton is reporting at Capitol Confidential 19th Congressional District candidates John Faso and Zephyr Teachout will debate on NPR affiliate WAMC, Thu., Sept. 15. The debate will be moderated by the station's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne and Casey Seiler, of the Times Union's Capitol Confidential blog. The debate will be held at the station’s The Linda performing arts center in Albany. Teachout, a Democrat, and Faso, a Republican, will also debate on WMHT Oct. 13.
