Mid-Hudson News reports four more COVID-19 deaths in the Hudson Valley, as of Sept. 4. Two people died in Dutchess County and one each in Sullivan and Westchester counties. Greene County reported nine new cases Sept. 4, and there were 10 more in Columbia County. Ulster County reported 56 new cases and Dutchess County reported 77 new COVID-19 cases.
