Spectrum News reports that there is not going to be a "Woodstock 50" concert. Ninety-three days ago the first reports emerged that a festival marking the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock music festival would not happen in Watkins Glen, where it was first scheduled. Organizers promised the festival would also be held at Vernon Downs, and then in Columbia, Maryland. The anniversary of the festival is Aug. 16-18.
