WGXC's Chris Bishop recorded Brian Hemlock of TCI and a representative from Crawford & Associates at the Ghent Planning Board, Wed., Nov 14, 2012. They presented their application to rebuild basically the same structures that were destroyed by the fire of August 2, 2012. Chatham attorney Mitch Khosrova was present but left before the presentation.
