Feb 15, 2019 12:31 am
Rachel Silberstein reports in the Albany Times Union that Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed the Child Victims Act into law Feb. 14, extending the statute of limitation for victims of childhood sexual abuse. For civil cases, the statute of limitations has been extended from age 28 to age 50. Read the full story in the Albany Times Union.
