Sep 17, 2021 1:03 pm

Melanie Lekocevic reports for Columbia-Greene Media that Town Supervisor Robert Butler predicts there will be another vote Sept. 20, to break the current 2-2 tie over whether to rescind a 2016 resolution to transfer management of the Athens Community Center building from the village to the town.
