On Dec. 8 Rep. Antonio Delgado has town hall meetings in Broome and Greene counties. The Democrat from Rhinebeck will be at the State Theatre in Deposit at 1 p.m., and then at Cairo Town Hall at 5 p.m. Delgado says these town hall meetings will be his 31st and 32nd events in New York’s 19th Congressional District since taking office in January. The previous Congressperson, Republican John Faso, did not hold any traditional town hall meetings, but held one similar event with many special rules limiting speech and access.
