Diane Valden is reporting for The Columbia Paper State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested and charged a Berkshire Farm Center staff with sexual abuse, June 21. Kelli R. Wagers, 39, of Philmont, stands accused of two counts of second degree criminal sex act, endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of third degree sexual abuse.
