Taconic Hills reaches agreement with teachers

John Mason reports in the Register Star the Taconic Hills Central School District and its Faculty Association have reached a tentative agreement. Members of the association will vote on the pact, Mon., Jan. 28. The bargaining unit, made up of teachers, teaching assistants and a nurse, has been working without a contract for five years. The district's support staff is still in negotiations, after nearly four years, but an agreement is reportedly in the offing. Read the full story in the Register Star.
