A rainy Winterfest in Chatham

According to today's Register-Star, elements of the event had to be canceled or re-arranged. Draft horses, who were going to pull a carriage for free carriage rides, were called off. Yet despite the weather, local Girl Scouts continued to sell cookies and hot cocoa... and everyone vowed to pray for better, less rainy weather next year.
