WCAA-LP organizes in Albany Monday

WCAA-LP, the low-power radio station planned for Albany after the Grand Street Community Arts group won a license last year has an organizational meeting this week. The group holds a general-interest meeting from 6-8 p.m. March 21 at the Albany Public Library, Washington Avenue Branch. The call letters WCAA-LP stands for "Community, Arts and Activism!"
