• Ulster: 180,143, down from 180,787 on July 1, 2014, and 182,493 in the 2010 Census.
• Dutchess: 295,754, down from 296,380 in mid-2014 and 297,488 in 2010.
• Greene: 47,625, down from 47,919 a year earlier and 49,221 in 2010.
• Columbia: 61,509, down from 61,979 a year earlier and 63,096 in 2010.
• Delaware: 46,053, down from 46,597 a year earlier and 47,980 in 2010.
