This information was published in the December issue of La Voz magazine by the NILC, National Immigration Law Center. They interview registered nurse Melania Fontanez about her origins in Ecuador and her life in NY. Last but not least, they talk with a lawyer from CUNY Citizenship NOW! about a new initiative from the Mexican Consulate in NY.
