Dutchess County to vote on Incoronato censure, without public comment

Mid-Hudson News reports that on Jan. 22 the Dutchess County Legislature will consider censuring Joseph Incoronato, but without public comment. The Republican legislator made comments in 2016 and 2017 suggesting sexual assault victims were partially to blame for their attacks. The censure motion will be on the “other business” part of the agenda, meaning the public will not be allowed to comment on the measure until after the vote is taken.
