WGXC Cairo reporters Joan Geitz and Tony Fallon reported from the scene of a house fire at 93 Jerome Ave. in Cairo Tuesday afternoon. The house burned down completely, and the family and dog got out unscathed. The family cat was still unaccounted for at our latest report. Firefighters from Leeds, Catskill, Cairo and other towns came to help.
