Jun 11, 2021 11:35 am
Bard College announced June 10 that "campus grounds are once again open to the public. We hope you will visit the arboretum, enjoy Montgomery Place, and join us for SummerScape and Bard Music Festival events." The Dutchess County school notes "that indoor access is still restricted only to approved visitors, and COVID protocols for group size limits and physical distancing are still in place." The Hessel Museum of Art and the CCS Bard galleries are currently open to a limited number of visitors by reservation, and to Bard College students, staff, and faculty without reservation. On June 26, the exhibition "With Pleasure: Pattern and Decoration in American Art 1972–1985," the first full-scale scholarly North American survey of the Pattern and Decoration art movement, opens at the Hessel Museum of Art.
