Larry Rulison reports in The Albany Times-Union that Pioneer Bank is moving into Greene County, buying Cairo and Greenville branches from Berkshire Bank. Pioneer Bank has 21 locations in Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, and Saratoga counties, and is moving its headquarters from Troy to Colonie.
