"Fire fighters from two counties fought a stubborn fire in Catskill Tuesday afternoon. The fire, at 17 Henry St., was especially difficult for volunteers because of the lack of water. Two water main breaks in the village put a strain on a consistent water supply according to fire officials. Seven people were left homeless after fire destroyed the two-story, wood-framed home and an adjacent building. No one was reportedly injured."
