Matthew Hamilton in Capitol Confidential reports that Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein will make an appearance at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 20 at the University at Albany according to 21st Congressional District Green Party candidate Matt Funiciello, although Stein's site had no event listed as of Sept. 16.
