Man on ladder electrocuted in Hudson

David Lee of the Register-Star reports that a man was electrocuted in Hudson on Fri., Dec. 30, when his aluminum ladder touched a high voltage power line. According to witnesses at the scene, the ladder hit the primary electrical wires causing a loud roar and knocking the man down. The Hudson Police responded to the scene and the Greenport Rescue Squad rushed the man to Columbia Memorial Hospital. Read Lee's article in the Register-Star.
