[/caption]A week after the Catskill Creek overflowed and wiped out several businesses at the corner of W. Main St. and Bridge St. in Catskill, one returned six days later. A previously planned festival at Cone-E Island Ice Cream went on somewhat as planned, with Lex Grey and the Urban Pioneers performing.
