The Daily Freeman is reporting unemployment rates in the Hudson Valley were little changed from September to October, according to figures released by the state Department of Labor, Tues., Nov. 20. However, in Greene County, the rate increased slightly to from 8.9 percent to 9.1 percent. In Columbia, the rate stayed unchanged at 7.4 percent.
