The Daily Mail is reporting work is ongoing on the water main break at the Catskill Public Library, located on Franklin Street in the village. Library services have been curtailed, and computer service interrupted, since the break occurred in January. Library Director Sue Ray hoped work would be concluded by March 1, but said Wed., Feb. 26, the weather has caused delays. It could be another month before the library is fully operational, largely due to the lack of bathroom facilities.
