Immigrants in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Austin and other major U.S. cities plan to stay home as part of a strike called "A Day Without Immigrants." Organizers are urging participation in response to the Republican administration's crackdown on immigration, including plans to build a wall along the country's southern border and the immigration ban on nationals from select Muslim-majority countries.
