Sep 26, 2014 7:45 am
Selim Algar is reporting in the New York Post Sarah Dibben, of Swallow Coffee in Hudson, has taken legal action against a Williamsburg, Brooklyn cafe of the same name. Dibben claims her customers are becoming confused by the likeness and that the ensuing chaos has become intolerable, according to the lawsuit she filed in Brooklyn federal court.
