Tropical Storm Fay headed this way

The Daily Freeman reports that Tropical Storm Fay is predicted to dump heavy rains on the Hudson Valley on the evening of July 10 and on July 11. Because of the sixth named storm of the summer heading this way, a Flash Flood Watch has been issued for every county south of Albany and Rensselaer Counties through July 11.
