Sarah Trafton reports for Columbia-Greene Media that Catskill Housing Authority Executive Director Nina Krupski stepped down two weeks ago, no interim head has been named, and the board is one member short. On Sept. 25, a scheduled meeting was canceled for lack of a quorum. “Patrick [McCulloch] had a water main break and Louise [Schwartz] had a dentist appointment,” Chairperson Sam Aldi said.
