The Times Union is reporting Sunmark Credit Union October 29, announced members of the Columbia-Greene Federal Credit Union had agreed to merge. Just the day before, Sunmark announced a merger with Westchester County-based Hudson River Financial Federal Credit Union. Both mergers are expected to be completed on November 30. The credit union's two offices, in Hudson and Coxsackie, will continue to operate, but under the Sunmark name. Columbia-Greene has 5,000 members and $36 million in assets. Sunmark, based in Latham, has 65,500 members and $810 million in assets. Read more in the Times Union.
