Frank to step down from HCSD BoE; will relocate

Arthur Cusano is reporting in the Register Star Hudson City Board of Education President Kelly Frank will resign from the board, effective Aug. 25. She will relocate to Houston in September to become a financial reporter for a CBS affiliate there. Frank was elected to the board in 2011 and elected president following Peter Merante's resignation in April 2013. Frank is native of Corning. Her son is a 2011 graduate of Hudson High School; she has a daughter currently enrolled in the district. At the present time Hudson native Tiffany Martin Hamilton is serving as board vice president.
