National Day of Mourning to be observed

The U.S. Post Office will suspend regular mail delivery and retail service on Wed., Dec. 5, in honor of the life of President George H.W. Bush. The Post Office will provide limited package delivery service that day. A National Day of Mourning was declared in memory of the former president, who died at age 94 on November 30. All federal government offices will be closed as well as the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. Some local governments will be closed, as well.
