WOOC's Mark Dunlea reports that, "Governor [Kathy] Hochul recently vetoed legislation that many felt would undermine the state's new public campaign finance system for state legislative races. Blair Horner of NYPIRG discusses the veto as well as the recent meeting of the Independent Redistricting Commission which the courts have given another chance to redraw the district lines for Congressional races.
