The Daily Freeman is reporting average retail gasoline prices in New York fell 1.3 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.93 per gallon, Sun., Feb. 28. This compares with the national average, which increased to $1.74 per gallon, according to gasoline price website Gas Buddy [dot] com.
