Governor Andrew Cuomo announced April 14 $32 million in grants and interest-free loans for water and wastewater projects. The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Board of Directors approved the funding that includes a project in New Baltimore. That Greene County town is getting a $2.6 million zero interest loan for the planning, design ,and construction of wastewater system upgrades.
